RETURN POLICY

General Terms
These terms apply to every product unless a product exception below says otherwise.

30-Day Returns: You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to decide if it's right for you. Unbox it, inspect the build, feel the quality. If it's not right for you, send it back.

Conditions:

• The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
• Every return is inspected on arrival to confirm eligibility.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Processing may take longer during peak periods.

Damaged on Arrival: Document the damage with photos within 48 hours of receipt and contact us at contact@koltr.com. KØLTR manages the carrier claim and arranges a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting contact@koltr.com. Once shipped, this return policy applies.

Out of Stock / Unfulfillable Orders: Refunded in full to your original payment method within 5 business days. No store credit without your explicit consent.

Gift Cards: Final sale. Not refundable or redeemable for cash.

To start a return: Contact us at contact@koltr.com with your order number and reason for return.

Product Exceptions

GameSled & GameSled XL: Inspect your GameSled before unrolling it. Once unrolled, the sled is considered deployed and is no longer eligible for return.

Apparel: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags and original packaging intact. Return shipping is at your expense.

Headwear: All cap sales are final. Every cap that reaches you is brand new. Caps can't be washed like regular clothes, so we don't accept returns. What you get has never been on anyone else's head.

Field Protection Plan (GameSled & GameSled XL):

• Must be purchased within 7 days of your GameSled purchase.
• Register your GameSled within 30 days of purchase to activate it.
• Not registered within 30 days: the plan is automatically refunded to your original payment method within a few business days.
• Once registered, the plan is non-refundable.

Where You Bought

Online | Canada:

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Return shipping is charged at the most affordable rate available. We provide a prepaid label and deduct the cost from your refund.
• Field Protection Plan: replacement shipping covered by KØLTR.

Online | United States:

• Original shipping charges, duties, taxes and brokerage fees are non-refundable.
• Return shipping, including any customs or brokerage fees on the return, is deducted from your refund.
• Returns must ship with the return documentation we provide. Returns sent without it may be delayed or refused at the border.
• Field Protection Plan: replacement shipping, customs and brokerage fees are at your expense.

Retail Purchases: Products bought through an authorized retail partner must be returned to the store where they were purchased. The retailer's return policy applies. For warranty claims, contact us directly at contact@koltr.com.
