Shipping policy
SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days of purchase. We aim to ship sooner whenever possible — but we'd rather exceed your expectations than overpromise. During peak periods such as pre-season (August–September) and the holiday gifting season (November–December), processing times may be longer than usual, while we'll also try to ship faster.
Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Canada — Free shipping is available on orders of $39.99 and over, shipped within Canada.
United States — US orders currently ship for a flat fee of $14.99 USD, with all duties and import taxes included (DDP, Delivered Duty Paid). What you pay at checkout is your total. Nothing more is due when the package arrives.
Carriers: We ship via multiple carriers based on the best available rate and reliability for your location. The carrier assigned to your order will be confirmed in your shipping confirmation email.
Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times vary by location. As a general guide:
- Québec: 2–3 business days
- Ontario: 3–5 business days
- Western Canada (BC, Alberta, etc.): 5–8 business days
- United States: 5-8 business days
These are estimates only. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather, remote locations and customs when applicable. KØLTR is not responsible for carrier delays once the order has shipped.
Tracking: A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has shipped. Use it to follow your delivery directly with the carrier.
Field Protection Plan: The Field Protection Plan is a service product and does not require shipping.
Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
North America Only: We currently ship within Canada and the contiguous United States only.
